The proprietor, Alan Cardinal can offer estimating and associated tendering services, including bid management, principally for the geotechnical market but he also has experience of tendering for marine jetty works.

much sought after in todays market, and have high long term
associated costs for permanent appointments. Alan Cardinal is a highly experienced
estimator, with over 25 years geotechnical experience, 15 years of these as Estimating
Manager for one of the UK's leading geotechnical contractors.
Services
What I can offer is a pricing service for:
Large diameter rotary piling - with underreams - under drilling mud-base grouted -
removing buried obstructions, - both large and small diameter Continuous Flight Auger piling
- Displacement piling and Tripod - Minipiles, together with Diaphram Walling by either
Rope suspended or Hydraulic grabs, together with the more specialist Cutter machines.
If you require a more complete service then management and liason of tenders from receipt through to internal finalisation and subsequent submission to the client can be provided.
In addition I have experience in preparing offers to carryout complete basement type packages, particularly where there is a need for the provision of piled retaining walls. Traditionally specialist piling contractors would look purely at the geotechnical works, leaving the client to sort out the rest, including the many potentially difficult interfaces. By taking control of the whole of the basement, both cost and time savings can be made.

Experience
Foundation provision to many projects, both large and small, both in the UK and overseas, ranging from local housing to large commercial and infrastructure contracts. The projects encompassed the installation of piles ranging from 300mm to 2400mm diameter, diaphram walls, ground improvement, miniples and ground anchors, together with complete basement construction.
Assignments have been carried out in Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Qatar, U.A.E., Greece, U.S.A. and Singapore.
